At Wattkraft, we are proud to be a Huawei Regional Certified Service Partner (RCSP). This status is a testament to our commitment and expertise in service delivery. In order to obtain and maintain this status, we must hold a number of certificates that confirm our skills and knowledge. These certificates are at different levels of difficulty (Associate, Professional, Expert).
Our approach
Among other things, our service team takes the exams to obtain Field Smart PV certificates in the areas of Residential, C&I and Utility. In addition, we also acquire certificates in the areas of Pre-Sales, Sales and Marketing. Which certificates are required for a certain status is defined directly by Huawei as a requirement.
After we have decided on a certificate, we are given access to extensive learning materials. These materials offer comprehensive preparation and help us to deepen and internalize the content. We also have the opportunity to take a test exam in order to optimally prepare for the examination.
The exams themselves are demanding and require a deep understanding of the respective subject areas. Our Huawei Channel Service Manager supports us by setting up the access points and carrying out the ID check during the exam. This ensures that everything is done fairly and properly. You only receive the certificate if you pass the exam.
More than just exams
In addition to the certificates alone, there are other important criteria that must be met in order to obtain RCSP status and the associated benefits. These include proof of the number of service tickets and calls that we handle as an entire Wattkraft team. Our efficient and fast processing of these requests is an essential part of our service quality and demonstrates our commitment to our customers.
Equally important are the numerous training sessions, roadshows and webinars that we hold on a regular basis. These training sessions not only serve to educate our employees, but also to share knowledge and best practices within our team.
